With a Master’s Degree in Business and Non-Profit Management and over a decade of experience in Travel & Tourism, Event Planning, and Marketing, Waldrop is well-equipped to lead ChristmasVille into its next chapter. As a seasoned Travel Advisor and Content Creator, she is eager to showcase Rock Hill’s unique charm and the diverse offerings of its local businesses to visitors from near and far.
Waldrop’s connection to ChristmasVille runs deep, rooted in fond memories of participating in Christmas activities in Old Town long before the festival’s inception. Her favorite ChristmasVille memory involves crafting holiday treasures in the old bank vault, a testament to her lifelong love for the festive spirit that permeates the event.
“I’m thrilled to be part of the ChristmasVille team and to have the opportunity to contribute to the tradition that holds such a special place in my heart,” says Waldrop. “One of my favorite things about ChristmasVille is seeing people walking around Main Street, immersed in the magic and nostalgia of the Christmas season with their loved ones. I look forward to working with our community partners to create memorable experiences that will continue to bring joy and wonder to Rock Hill for years to come.”
