Every year from the end of November to the beginning of December, thousands of guests from near and far fill the streets of historic Old Town Rock Hill, SC, to attend the most anticipated and magical festival of the year…ChristmasVille. The festival has reached such popularity for many reasons, but the food and market vendors featured at our festival are at the top of the list. The festival would not be the success it is today without amazing vendors whose products. Here is your chance to make an impact on ChristmasVille 2025 and take advantage of the benefits that come with being a featured vendor.

Vendor Village provides high-quality handcrafters, artists, and vendors with a venue to showcase their products to an audience of shoppers and festival-goers who are looking for unique and creative gift items…just in time for Christmas!
Vendor Village Application Now Open!
Location and Space Options
ChristmasVille’s Vendor Village will be held at Freedom Temple Ministries, right on the corner of Main Street and Oakland Avenue, to allow for both indoor and outdoor vendors and closer proximity to the festival.
Space Fees
Spaces are first come, first served, while still preserving the integrity of local, handmade/homemade items. Outdoor vendors should note that there will be a limited amount of generator/power spots.
This application is NOT intended for ventors who serve food from a trailer or truck. The Vendor Village application is exclusively for food vendors with prepackaged items.
We have 3 options for vendors to choose from!
- Indoor Space | $400 – completely indoors, climate controlled, private restrooms
- Outdoor Space | $300 – similar to the most recent layout
- Sidewalk Space | $200 – smaller space depth, more visibility
Early Bird Pricing will be available March 1-April 30, 2025. The application fee of $25 will be waived with code EARLYBIRD.
Vendor Village Operating Dates and Times
Please be advised that all vendor applicants are prohibited from directly contacting Freedom Temple Ministries for any market information or viewing requests. Any such contact will result in the denial of your application. We kindly ask that all questions or concerns be directed to the ChristmasVille Vendor Village team. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Vendor Village will operate during the following hours:
Friday, 12/5: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday 12/6: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday 12/6 (Sidewalk): 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday 12/7: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Overnight security will be provided Friday and Saturday night.
Sidewalk vendors will have a different operating time on Saturday, but Friday and Sunday will be the same.
Food Truck Vendors
Experience the magic of the holiday season as a food vendor at ChristmasVille 2025! As a food vendor, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your delectable creations with thousands of hungry attendees. From mouthwatering holiday treats to savory comfort foods, you’ll have the chance to tantalize taste buds and spread joy with every bite. With a captive audience of enthusiastic festival-goers, you’ll have ample opportunity to build your brand, expand your customer base, and make lasting connections.
Official (Required) Food Vendor Hours
The official food truck hours are as follows and must be respected unless otherwise approved by festival organizers:
Friday, December 5th: 1:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday, December 6th: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday, December 7th: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Vendors are required to be set up and ready for operations at a minimum of 1 hour prior to the times referenced above and are required to be on-site and open for business the entire time for each date. Closer to the festival, chosen vendors will receive load in instructions for Friday. New this year, vendors will be given the option to choose their approximate location. Pricing is based on the type of your booth/truck and location. We will have two tiers: Truck/Trailer spaces will be located around Fountain Park, while Cart/Booth spaces will be located in general trafficked areas on Main Street.
Pricing Options
Application Fee: $25.00*
There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
Food + Beverage Tent/Cart: (10 x 10 spaces): $350.00*
Single tent/cart space is regulated to 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. These spaces will be located in generally populated areas throughout the festival.
Food + Beverage Truck/Trailer (up to 24 feet in length): $500.00*
Your truck/trailer may be up to 24 feet in length. These spaces will be located near some of the highest populated areas
Power Supply: $250.00*
All vendors will now be required to provide their own power. If you would like to have power access during the festival, there will be an additional charge of $250. Note: No vendors will be given power that do not register in advance. The City of Rock Hill’s risk management team has requested that food vendors provide their own 50 to 30 amp adapters due to liability concerns.

Remember, a completed application does not guarantee participation. Due to our commitment to quality and diversity, we have a limited number of vendors per category. Be sure to submit your application as early as possible to secure your place in this enchanting event.

By attending ChristmasVille, you understand and agree that your photograph or image may be taken in any public place. You further grant permission and consent to ChristmasVille Rock Hill to use any such photograph, video, or image for any reasonable purpose, including promotion of the festival.
